I am currently looking for 2 newborns between the ages of 5-10 days to try out some newly learned poses and techniques. Additional pose requests may be accommodated if time permits. In addition to a free session, participants will receive 5 – 5×7 prints. Sessions to take place in February/March.

This inspiring family was at ease in front of my camera, laughing, leaning on one another, and enjoying the lingering warmth of a lovely summer evening. Being with them reminded me of spending time with my own family and the friendship I share with my sisters – that sense of togetherness that surpasses geography, triumphs over troubles, and celebrates all of the moments in between. A special congrats to graduates Alex and Molly!

I adored spending time with this family on a bright, summer day. Not only did I love them, but I loved what they chose to wear, keeping their session natural, soft, and classic with just a pop of red. I had a super hard time choosing which images to share. These are a handful of my favourites from this beautiful, warm afternoon.

In one of the photography forums I’m a member of, the question was recently asked: “When you’re super busy, what’s the first thing that falls by the wayside?” For me…aside from sleep and proper nutrition? Clearly, the answer would be blogging/sharing. Based on my blog, one might think I’m in hibernation mode. The truth is, the past few months have been a bit of a blur, far removed from anything hibernation-related. I have had the pleasure of photographing beautiful families, many adorable littles, and gorgeous newborns. I am just now slowly catching up on emails, orders, and galleries (not necessarily in that order). If you are waiting for a peek at your images, or gallery notification, I’m here, I’m surfacing and thankful for your patience.
